Edward Scissorhands

I stole the hall white board again a couple of evenings ago and eventually brought about Edward Scissorhands (as played by Johnny Depp from the cult classic Tim Burton film) on its oh-so-shiny, white surface.


The butterfly is reminiscent of one of the movie box covers (aka not the one that made me, as a small child of ridiculous chicken-ry, think that it was a horror film that I would adamantly refuse to watch for the rest of my days for fear of wetting myself and dying of fright, rather than a movie that I could watch over and over again for its touching and somber beauty).

(Same goes for Nightmare Before Christmas, actually. And now I practically watch that movie on repeat. And have an absurd amount of Jack Skellington paraphernalia. And want more. OMG, what I wouldn't do for a Jack Skellington Poseable Action Figure With 12 Interchangeable Heads.)
