I think it's just an indication of our adaptive intelligence. Aha! This is nutritious. I will not only drink it, I will use it to make a frozen treat millions of children will enjoy for years to come!!! ^_-
On a complete side note, all of the word verifications to post comments on your blog recently stopped being random letters and now are much more word-like.
Children? I will still like it when I'm old and.... On second thought, it may be easier just to remain a child.

We may be freaks, but reconsider - no milk = no gelato. Ergo, many, many unhappy people.
