I just now remembered something from over several years ago. I had a recital performance that day and was wearing a dark, one-piece dress that featured a patchwork sort of pattern down the length of it, and my hair was down. Sometime during the day, I passed a bass clarinetist classmate of mine in the music hall. She said, "Lena! You look like a sexy librarian."
What can I say.
